Sharp Shooters
Sharp-tails typify upland hunting on our northern prairies. Large, loose flocks that can lift off with a voiced murmuring sound and fly miles from roosts to feeding grounds to loafing areas and then back to a roosting area again. Hunters and dogs alike better be prepared to cover vast areas while pursuing these subtly beautiful native American birds.

Hedgerow Point
An upland game hunter’s quarry is often found in or near the protection of a hedgerow. In Hedgerow Point this Setter has winded and staunchly points an unseen game bird. Is it a covey of quail, pheasant or maybe a grouse? Only the Setter knows for sure.
