TBI Shipping Information
We ship to all US addresses including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories.
We do not ship to any international destinations.
Most orders ship out the next business day (M-F) received.
Shipments going to APOs, FPOs, and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
There is a $7.95 shipping charge on all orders under $48 shipped to destinations within the continental United States (US48).
Orders shipping to AK, HI, APO, FPO, and US Territories will incur a shipping charge based on the total cost of items purchased:
Orders received after 1:30 pm CT may not ship until the next business day (M-F). Orders placed after 1:30 pm Friday may not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday should be processed on the following Monday.
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and do not count as transit or delivery days. FedEx Next Day Saturday service is available in limited areas. Please call to check availability.
Due to shipping restrictions some items may not be eligible for Express Shipping.
We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
The FedEx Service Guarantee does not apply when transportation networks are disrupted due to conditions beyond FedEx's control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism / war.
