"The Woodcock Hunters"
"The Woodcock Hunters" - Woodcock can basically be defined by the cover they love so much, thick woods with a heavy canopy so the ground is leaf littered and fertile. These parlors can be identified by the whitewash the birds leave behind which is always a welcome sight to a woodcock hunter. Streams are often found winding through these woods which oftentimes gives the hunter a more open shot if he is lucky. Timberdoodles may be slow flyers but don't let that fool you as they can put a tree between the hunter and themselves in an instant.
